Broadband Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period 12:00am Monday 9^th August until 23:59 GMT 7^th September 2021 (“Promotional Period”)

The promoter is Glide Utilities Ltd (company no. 06194523) whose registered office is at Alpha Tower, Suffolk Street Queensway, Birmingham, B1 1TT (“Glide”).

Promotion Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion: Up to 3 months’ free Broadband;
• The promotion is available for all broadband packages (including Virgin broadband);
• Customers must select one of our energy services (gas or electricity) to be eligible for the promotion. A customer selecting Glide Shield Tariff will be eligible for 1 months’ free broadband. A customer selecting the Carefree tariff will be eligible for 3 months’ free broadband.
• Your property must be used for domestic purposes only and located on the mainland of Britain (we can’t supply you if your property is in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands).
• You must be at least 18 years old, or if your property is in Scotland at least 16 years old.
• For shared property: All tenants must complete their sign up before 7^th September 2021 to be eligible for the offer.
• To be eligible for the promotion the customer’s energy contract must be outside the cooling off period of 14 days from the date of completion. The customer must not have cancelled or be in the process of cancelling their contract;
  • Promotion not available to customers upgrading their existing energy contracts;
• The credit will be applied once your broadband service has gone live and to all joint tenants/ customers on the binding contract(s).
• If you cancel the energy service prior the minimum term or if the energy fails to go live, Glide unilaterally reserve the right to remove the credit applied.
• Closing date for the promotion will be 23:59 GMT on 7^th September 2021. After this date and time, no further customers will be able to receive the promotion.
• Any properties completing sign up after 7^th September, will not be eligible for the promotion.
  • All customers shall be bound by the Glide’s domestic terms and conditions which can be found at a glide.co.uk/terms/domestic.
• Glide reserves the right to withdraw and/or vary any and all elements of the promotion and these promotion at any time without notice.
• The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
