What is on offer
- If you place an order with Glide, during the Qualifying Period, for one of the Qualifying Product(s), as a thank you we will reward you with a discount on your plan. If signing up to a 36 month contract, you will be rewarded with a credit for your first three month’s standard recurring charges to be free of charge.
- The Qualifying Period runs from 00:00 on 7th February 2024 until 23:59 on 30th April 2024.
- The terms and conditions applying to this scheme are set out below. By participating in the scheme, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Criteria for earning a reward
- You must not be financially linked to, or be, a current customer of Glide.
- You must sign a new contract for a Qualifying Product with a minimum term of 36 months.
- The reward will become due upon successful installation and activation of the Qualifying Product at your premises. The reward will be given in the form of credit notes. If signing up to a 36 month contract, you will receive a credit note for the value of three months’ standard recurring charges, which will be credited against your first three bills.
- If for any reason Glide is unable to provide, install, or activate a Qualifying Product at your premises, no reward will be due to you.
How to claim the reward
- Where the qualifying criteria have all been met, Glide will apply the credit notes against your first bill(s) following the installation and activation of the Qualifying Product.
- You should contact Glide in the event you believe you have placed a valid order that has not been acknowledged by Glide, and Glide will investigate.
- The reward is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The small print
- References to ‘Glide’ or ‘us’ and similar mean Glide Business Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (06489468), whose registered office is at Glide House Ground Floor, Building 4, Windmill Road, Kenn, Clevedon, United Kingdom, BS21 6UJ. References to the ‘partner’ or ‘you’ and similar mean an individual or corporate entity that is participating in this scheme.
- Glide may end this scheme at any time, providing a minimum of one (1) weeks’ notice. The scheme’s end date (if different to paragraph 2) will be published on our website. Orders received after this date will not be eligible for a reward.
- Only one credit can be claimed in respect of each circuit ordered.
- This scheme applies to circuits ordered at Glide’s full standard list prices and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or for bespoke pricing scenarios.
- Glide will validate all orders prior to a reward being issued. Glide’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this scheme will be final.
- Any personal data collected during this process will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- This scheme is governed by English law.
