1. What is on offer
If you renew your contract with Glide for one of the Qualifying Products during the Qualifying Period, you will receive a credit on your plan. The value of the credit depends on the contract length you choose:
- Renew on a 24-month plan and receive one month free.
- Renew on a 36-month plan and receive two months free.
- Renew on a 60-month plan and receive three months free.
The credit will be applied in the form of credit notes equal to the standard recurring monthly charges for the applicable number of months.
The Qualifying Period runs from 00:00 on 1 December 2025 until 23:59 on 31 January 2026.
By participating in this scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Qualifying for the offer
To qualify for the offer:
- You must be an existing Glide customer whose current contract is due for renewal.
- You must renew your contract for a Qualifying Product with a minimum term of 24, 36 or 60 months.
- The reward will become due once the renewed contract has been accepted by Glide and the renewed service has been activated.
- The reward will be issued as credit notes applied against your upcoming bills. The number of credits will match the free months associated with your chosen contract length.
- If for any reason Glide is unable to renew, supply, activate, or continue to provide the Qualifying Product, no reward will be due.
This promotion applies only to renewals. New customers are not eligible.
3. How to claim the reward
- Where all qualifying criteria have been met, Glide will apply the credit notes automatically to your bill(s) following activation of the renewed contract.
- If you believe you have renewed within the Qualifying Period and have not received confirmation from Glide, you must contact us so that we can investigate.
- The reward is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
4. The small print
- References to ‘Glide’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or similar mean Glide Business Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (06489468), whose registered office is at Alpha Tower, Suffolk Street Queensway, Birmingham, West Midlands, B1 1TT, United Kingdom.
- References to ‘you’ or similar mean an individual or corporate entity participating in this scheme.
- Glide may amend or end this scheme at any time, providing at least one (1) week’s notice. Any updated end date will be published on our website. Renewals received after the scheme’s closure will not be eligible for a reward.
- Only one reward can be claimed per renewed circuit.
- This scheme applies only to contracts renewed at Glide’s standard pricing and is not valid with any other offer, discount, or bespoke pricing arrangement.
- Glide will validate all renewals before issuing any credit. Glide’s decision on all matters relating to this scheme will be final.
- Any personal data collected during this process will be used and stored in accordance with Glide’s Privacy Policy.
- This scheme is governed by English law.
