This statement sets out Glide’s commitment to operate a Quality Management System (QMS) that has been designed to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 as well as to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide services that meet client’s expectations and statutory and regulatory requirements.
Our Business
- Glide Student & Residential Limited provide managed internet services to high density accommodation throughout the UK and Europe. We have established ourselves as a leading communications and media company specialising in the design, installation and support of intelligent data networks alongside the provision of a variety of internet managed services.
- Glide Business Limited: provides ultrafast broadband through fibre optic and leased lines for business parks and SMEs across the UK. We have established ourselves as a Tier 2 Internet Service Provider specialising in providing ultrafast business broadband packages to business in areas of poor connectivity which have previously been neglected by other providers.
Our Commitment
The Management Team are committed to the continual development, improvement and sustainability of the Quality Management System by establishing and reviewing quality objectives in all areas of the company’s activities.
These objectives are set within regular Management Review Meetings where the effectiveness of the Quality Management System is monitored by planned audits, management reviews and effective corrective actions.
Glide’s core focus is on total customer satisfaction and maintaining a healthy and constructive work environment that enables personnel to produce optimal output.
Our aim is to understand our markets and continuously improve our service, develop our technology and infrastructure to facilitate growth, in order that we may offer the latest available technology to meet the customer needs and expectations and ever-changing demands of the marketplace.
