We have some great news that we think is worth shouting about! In 2018 we gave back a huge TWO MILLION POUNDS to our lovely customers for under using on their energy. That’s nearly 70% of our customers receiving money back at the end of their tenancy!

We think it’s only fair to give back to our customers what they haven’t used, and we can do this even better with our newly improved usage graphs.

Each of our customers have easy access to their very own portal, where it’s easy to view how much energy is being used throughout the tenancy. What’s more, we’ve listened to feedback on how our usage graphs can be better and we got straight to it. We’ve implemented the changes to make our graphs even easier to understand and track usage.

So, if you’re a Glide customer and are yet to see our new usage graphs, head to your portal and check it out. Don’t forget, by submitting regular meter reads it means your usage is more accurate and we can bill you accurately too.
