Glide is committed to making bills simple for everyone, which is why our payment plans are always based on what customers are using. We take into account the number of bedrooms, the area and how much tenants pay on average to calculate the most accurate monthly price for your house.

Because you should only pay for what you use, we’re doing our best to ensure you get a refund—not another bill—at the end of your tenancy. It couldn’t be simpler: if you use less than your monthly payment, we’ll send you a refund for the difference when you move out. The majority of our tenants end up in credit and leave Glide with money in their pocket.

To ensure your account is in credit at the end of the year, remember to add meter readings regularly, keep an eye on your usage through your online portal and turn off your heating (well, if summer ever rolls around)!
