Following the research by the National Union of Students (NUS), which highlighted that three quarters of students are living in poor accommodation, we have been working with Accommodation For Students (AFS) to find out the truth about what students really want.
Alongside AFS we undertook the What Students Seek study to identify the simple steps landlords and lettings agents can take to ensure they secure the best tenants.
