Our end of year sales report figures show that we refunded a grand total of £601,428 to our customers this year!

On average, we gave back £106.17 to our customers at the end of their agreement for their unused energy allowance. With Glide your monthly payment goes towards your usage. If you use less energy and water, then we’ll simply refund the difference to you at the end of the year!

Our customers are charged a quoted amount per month based on usage in similar shared houses.  This allows for customers to be clear on what their outgoings are each month, making it easier to budget, and rewarding them with cash back for the energy they haven’t used. It’s important you are careful with your usage though as if you use more than the allowance, you will still get a final bill.

Here at Glide, we like to keep life simple for our customers. We combine utilities into one monthly bill which is shared equally between students in a shared household.

Customers can easily monitor their energy usage through their online portal or by our brand new App. They can then monitor their usage so they know exactly what they are using compared to what they have paid.
